Inglis Newmarket Stables Sold

Inglis’s sales grounds in Newmarket, Sydney has been sold in a deal that will see the sales company operate out of the location for a further three years before locating to a larger site at Warwick Farm racecourse in West Sydney. The buyer is an Australian-owned subsidiary of Cbus, an industry superannuation fund, and the property will be developed to include approximately 750 dwellings and over 5000 square meters of public facilities.
